Slept 10:30 to 6:30, about 8 hours. Had trouble falling asleep - I blame the Niacin. Wanted to keep sleeping this morning. Reflux better but still a little annoying, will see how breakfast settles it.
Breakfast - small bowl of shredded wheat, english muffins with ted slime and marmalade, 1 slice sourdough white toast with ted slime.
I want to get graded in time to go to the gym and then take the babysitting tonight. We will see if I can stay on focus.
And so to work
